SHIPPING within AUSTRALIA 

Delivery is $10 and free of charge for all orders over $60. 

We aim to deliver a quality product, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Shipping Policy to New Zealand 

The shipping fee will automatically calculated after you input your shipping address.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $80.

Shipping Policy to China

Delivery is RMB60 and free of charge for all orders over RMB450. Additionally, if the weight of your order exceeds 2kg, an extra charge of RMB 60 will be incurred.

To ensure a smooth shipping process, we kindly request that you upload a copy of your photo ID through the provided link. By doing so, we will handle the tax payment on your behalf. Failure to upload your ID may result in order cancellation or require you to pay the applicable taxes.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping fee will automatically calculated after you input your shipping address.

We offer free international shipping for all orders over $250.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays, additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
